Embark on a journey of creativity and craftsmanship at U-BRAID-IT, just outside the enchanting city of Santa Fe, New Mexico ~ the cultural capital of the Southwest known for its vibrant art scene!

Join native Montana cowgirl and seasoned cinch maker, Skye Ogilvie of Cielo Cinches, in mastering the art of crafting a professional single-layer cinch.

Over this informative two-day workshop, we will delve into the importance of proper cinch fit for your horse’s comfort, the benefits of high-quality materials, the precision required for cinch functionality, and when you’ll know you’re ready to share your creations with the world.

In this intimate class setting, you’ll receive personalized instruction, giving you a sense of accomplishment and leaving you empowered to construct your next single-layer cinch.

Come to Santa Fe to connect with inspiring fellow horsewomen where you’ll also enjoy the opportunity to meet Rebecca and Cybèle and shop in person at U-BRAID-IT’s private facility. We can’t wait to welcome you!

• Dates: September 12 and 13, 2025.
• Hours: 9:30–4:00.
• Recommended for beginners or anyone looking to refine their skills.
• Class includes materials for one 17 Strand Cinch and a “Cinch Making Made Easy” DVD with Rebecca Morgan-Albertson.
• Use of a U-BRAID-IT cinch weaving frame, along with the option to purchase the frame and additional materials.
• A flavorful catered lunch will be provided.
• Workshop fee for two days: $800.00. A $400.00 deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due by August 12.
• 30-day cancellation policy with a $100.00 fee. All funds are in US dollars. Venmo/PayPal accepted.
