Please make sure your credit card billing address is correct before placing your order or it may result in a rejection or multiple charges. These "pending" charges from an order that did not complete will drop off your account shortly.

We pride ourselves on offering quality goods to our customers. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we will be more than happy to assist as long as the following criteria is met:

• All returnable items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition and received by us within 10 days from the date of purchase. 
• Closeout items are final and non-refundable.
• Shipping expenses included with original purchase are not refundable. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, as well as shipping on exchanges. 
• Horse tack and/or other items made from our quality supplies are subject to normal wear and tear, and are therefore not returnable if made into an item. It is the responsibility of the individual making the item to ensure that the item is deemed safe for use.
